While working as a liaison in the Mayor's Office I heard and saw a lot about the issues our city is facing and I want to help be part of the solution.
In 1-2 sentences, describe how your background and/or previous experience has prepared you to serve as Mayor?
Serving as a liaison between constituents and city agencies has allowed me to understand our city government’s bureaucratic nature and how to best cut through it.
What are your top 3 priorities or key goals if elected as Mayor?
Streamline government agencies and processes to make it easier for citizens to access.
Create a green, sustainable, interconnected and walkable city.
Correct the injustices our city has endured after a century of racist and ineffective policies have left so many of our residents disadvantaged.
What do you see as the most pressing issue facing Baltimore residents right now?
All of the issues facing Baltimore are interconnected and to differentiate them one from another prevents any issue from being resolved permanently, be it poverty, crime, urban blight, car dependance, or environmental hazards. The only way to help make Baltimore better for generations going forward is to fight these issues simultaneously and by using a variety of overlapping methods.

I want the people of Baltimore to know they have more choices than they may have been told and for a strong democracy to work we need a vibrant primary election and voters that look beyond name recognition and advertisements and vote for which candidate best aligns to their personal beliefs.
