The Baltimore City Democratic State Central Committee shall represent the Maryland Democratic Party within Baltimore City and shall perform such functions required by the laws of the State of Maryland, the Charter and By-Laws of the Democratic Party of the United States, and the Constitution and By-Laws of the Maryland Democratic Party.

Meetings are conducted on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Check our Facebook page for meeting announcements. All meetings are open to the public and you are encouraged to attend. However, please note that discussion and decision-making are reserved for committee members only.
