El Comité Central del Estado Democrático de la Ciudad de Baltimore (el "Comité Central") está compuesto por 42 miembros electos de seis distritos legislativos en la Ciudad de Baltimore. How to join
The Central Committee is a volunteer but elected position. Central Committee members are elected during the gubernatorial election cycle. You will need to register to run for Central Committee with the Baltimore City Board of Elections for your legislative district. Once registered, you will then run a campaign to get elected. It is recommended to canvass and door knock to meet voters and introduce yourself. Consider campaigning with a State delegate or senator.
Voting for Central Committee members occurs during the primary election. The top 4 male and female votes will secure a seat on the Central Committee. Your term will start December 1 following the primary election.
